• Weight: 2.16 kg
• Material: Aluminum

Best for: Deep-tone large-space pick.

Why it ranks #1: Six hand-tuned, powder-coated aluminum tubes, a 45-inch size, and a listed deep tenor and bass profile make it a versatile outdoor choice.

Six heavy aluminum tubes, including a 22.2-inch longest tube, give ASTARIN’s 45-inch chime its defining scale and support its stated deep tenor and bass character. Each tube is hand-tuned, while a high-density striker and heavy-duty nylon cording are specified to produce clear tone and resonance for an open patio or garden setting.

The 45-inch overall size and six powder-coated tubes make this a substantial hanging piece; allow for its 2.16 kg weight and dimensions when choosing a support. Hand-tuned tubes connect the large format to the stated deep-tone harmonies, while the high-density striker and heavy-duty nylon cord are intended to support clear, lasting resonance. The custom polymer striker is described as formulated for outdoor exposure, a practical detail for a chime intended to hang outside.

#4 · USA-Made Pick

4. Corinthian Bells 27-Inch

• Dimensions: 7"L x 7"W x 27"H
• Material: Aluminum

Best for: Made-in-USA tuned patio pick.

Why it ranks #4: Handcrafted in Virginia with materials sourced from US suppliers, this 27-inch model has six tubes tuned to a C pentatonic scale.

Handcrafted in Virginia from materials sourced from U.S. suppliers, Corinthian Bells’ 27-inch chime offers a clearly documented domestic origin. Its six aluminum tubes are hand-tuned to a C pentatonic scale, producing a full chord from root to octave, while a single braided nylon cord suspends the tubes to let them continue resonating.

The 27-inch size is suited to buyers who want a smaller patio or garden accent rather than a tall statement piece. Six hand-tuned tubes and the C pentatonic scale provide a specific sound profile, with the root-to-octave chord explaining how the tubes work together. The aluminum alloy tubes are powder coated, and central suspension on a single braided nylon cord is described as allowing continued resonance. Materials come from suppliers across more than five states.

Skip it if you want a 36-inch or taller chime; ASTARIN’s 36-inch model offers a larger overall format.

This fits buyers who value U.S. manufacture, a defined C pentatonic sound, and a compact 27-inch outdoor accent. Note the California Proposition 65 warning when considering this product.

#5 · Compact Deep Tone

5. ASTARIN 36-Inch Deep Tone

• Dimensions: 5.1"L x 5.1"W x 36"H
• Material: Aluminum

Best for: Hand-tuned mid-size chime.

Why it ranks #5: This 36-inch chime uses six hand-tuned, powder-coated aluminum tubes and heavy-duty nylon cording, offering a shorter alternative to ASTARIN's 45-inch model.

Six hand-tuned, powder-coated aluminum tubes define ASTARIN’s 36-inch outdoor chime, combining a mid-size format with the brand’s stated deep tenor and bass sounds. Heavy-duty nylon cording and a high-density striker are specified to support clear tone and resonance, making this a practical choice for buyers seeking a tuned garden or patio accent.

At 36 inches tall, this model offers a smaller footprint than ASTARIN’s 45-inch chime while retaining six aluminum tubes and the same stated deep-tone character. The longest tube measures 16.1 inches, and the 1.2-inch tube diameter helps describe its proportions when choosing a hanging location. Hand tuning, powder coating, heavy-duty nylon cording, and a high-density striker connect its construction to the listed goal of clear, resonant sound outdoors.

Skip it if you want longer tubes and a larger format; ASTARIN’s 45-inch model lists a 22.2-inch longest tube.

Pick this ASTARIN when you want hand-tuned deep tones in a 36-inch format for a garden or patio. Its longest tube is 16.1 inches, so choose the larger model if longer tubes are a priority.

6. FDOCOI 38-Inch Wind Chime

• Dimensions: 38"L
• Weight: 2.8 lb
• Material: Aluminum

Best for: Pentatonic-scale gift choice.

Why it ranks #6: Its 38-inch aluminum design is tuned to the E pentatonic scale and uses UHMW plastic strikers, which the listing associates with a mellow sound.

Tuning to the E pentatonic scale gives FDOCOI’s 38-inch chime a clearly specified musical character, producing the full chords described in its listing. Its UHMW plastic striker is heavy and soft, a combination associated with a rich, mellow sound and addressing the listed paint-peeling concern for strikers on outdoor chimes.

The E pentatonic tuning offers buyers a defined sound profile rather than an unspecified scale, while the 38-inch length gives it a substantial but more moderate size than the largest listed chimes. The heavy, soft UHMW plastic striker is described as contributing to mellow sound and resolving paint peeling on strikers. Its aluminum construction and classic bronze finish suit garden decor; the included gift box and sympathy card also support its stated gifting use.

Skip it if you want a very tall, large-scale chime; ODRODR’s 66-inch model provides substantially more height.

Consider this FDOCOI for a garden accent or sympathy gift when E pentatonic tuning, a mellow striker, and a 38-inch size suit the setting. It is not the pick for maximum height.

• Material: Metal

A 60-inch height is the defining feature of this SYMPATHY HEARTS chime, giving a garden or patio a tall vertical accent. Its contemporary style and black finish provide a straightforward decorative look, while the listing identifies it as a metal wind chime and names housewarming, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day among suitable gift occasions.

The metal construction and contemporary black styling suit outdoor decor, while the stated gift occasions make it relevant for someone furnishing a garden or giving a housewarming present.

• Weight: 571.53 g
• Material: Aluminum

Best for: Minimalist memorial garden accent.

10. Gabzart 32-Inch Hummingbird

• Dimensions: 4.72"L x 4.72"W x 32"H
• Weight: 1.2 lb
• Material: Aluminum, Pine Wood

Best for: Hummingbird-themed gift buyers.

Why it ranks #10: Its 32-inch aluminum and pine wood design includes a hummingbird motif and gift packaging, but the decorative focus is less versatile for general chime shoppers.

A hummingbird theme gives Gabzart’s 32-inch chime a distinctive garden identity, making it a natural match for hummingbird lovers and gardeners. Six aluminum tubes are professionally tuned, and the listing pairs the chime with a vintage-style greeting card and gift box for occasions including birthdays, anniversaries, and housewarmings.

The 32-inch height and 1.2-pound weight provide useful scale information when selecting a porch, patio, or garden hanging spot. Six professionally tuned aluminum tubes connect the decorative theme to its stated musical purpose, while the pine wood material adds a second listed material alongside aluminum. A gift box and vintage-style greeting card reduce the need to assemble a separate presentation for the listed gifting occasions.

Skip it if you want the musical scale named; FDOCOI’s 38-inch chime is specified as tuned to the E pentatonic scale.

This suits a hummingbird enthusiast or gardener who wants a themed 32-inch accent that is ready to give. Choose another model if knowing the exact musical scale matters more than its theme and presentation.
